Denmark is the smallest Scandinavian country located in the south of Northern Europe, with a large part of it on the Jjyland Peninsula. Although it has chosen to remain outside the European Union on some issues, it is a member of the union and is also a founding member of NATO. Its capital, Copenhagen, is considered the cleanest and most livable city in the world. The official language of Denmark is Danish, but English is also the second most widely spoken language in the country.

Denmark, one of the world's most affluent and greenest countries, also has a very developed and punctual transportation network. After the rail system and bus, the most preferred means of transportation is the bicycle. There are many bicycle rental points throughout the country.

Tivoli Gardens is one of the oldest amusement parks in the world and is located right in the heart of Copenhagen. The park opened in 1843 and is the second oldest operating amusement park today. It fascinates you from the moment you step through the entrance. Every corner is beautiful. You can either just wander around, listen to live music in the evening, eat or ride the rollercoasters.

Amalienborg Palace was built to commemorate the 300th anniversary of the coronation of Christian I, the first king of the Oldenborg Dynasty. Built during the reign of Frederick V, the palace has a total of four residences, each of which is called a palace. Amalienborg Palace is not open to the public and is guarded by guards. Only a few rooms of the building are open during the months of June, July and August, and only these areas can be visited.

Autonomous Community of Christiana: In 1971, a group of anti-establishment hippies occupied an area of abandoned buildings in the city center and founded an autonomous community called Freetown Christiania. A popular getaway for locals, the area has great views, a relaxed atmosphere, and a scattering of art galleries, music venues, and cheap, organic restaurants. It’s free to wander the dusty paths among the trees and crazy-looking houses and sit by the lake. In the summer, the volunteer-run Café Nemoland puts on free shows every Sunday, ranging from Danish reggae to fun reimaginings of old, unconventional songs by some of the city’s most famous artists. I’ve been to a number of concerts and met some pretty crazy bands.

Nyhavn, Copenhagen 's Most Visited Place. The new harbor in Turkish; the historical area between Kongens Nytorv (King's Square) and the Royal Playhouse with its colorful houses dating back to the 1600s, magnificent historical bars and restaurants, cafes, different and modern architectural structures and canal tours.
